These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute the legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Account Holder") and rr77 ("rr77", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the rr77 website available at rr77.buzz and all associated services, features, and content provided through the platform (collectively, the "Service"). These Terms apply to all forms of use, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other wagering product available on rr77.

By accessing or using the Service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Failure to meet or maintain any eligibility requirement may result in account suspension or termination.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and maintain that information as current throughout the duration of your account.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period, whether imposed by rr77 or any affiliated operator, at the time of registration or during the operation of your account.
• You must have the full legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law, and the use of the Service must not be prohibited by any law or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

rr77 uses a rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity and age of account holders. All account holders must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. Documents accepted for KYC include a valid National Identity Document (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. rr77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend the processing of withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual may hold only one account on rr77. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different mobile numbers, names, or payment methods — constitute a breach of these Terms. To register an account, you are required to provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a secure password, and any additional information requested during the registration process.

• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your rr77 account, including bets placed, games played, and transactions initiated, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• You must not share your login credentials (mobile number, password, or OTP) with any third party. rr77 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone.
• You must notify rr77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• rr77 reserves the right to lock or suspend an account pending investigation where suspicious login activity is detected. During any account lock, rr77 will not process deposits or withdrawals until the investigation is concluded.

Accounts that show no activity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. rr77 will notify the registered mobile number before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant account balances are not forfeited without prior written notice to the account holder.

rr77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of Bangladesh-friendly payment methods. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on rr77:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by rr77, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your rr77 account balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment gateway. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day to reflect.
• Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. rr77 does not transfer winnings to a payment method that has not been used to fund the account.
• All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Withdrawals submitted before KYC is completed will be held pending verification. rr77 targets processing withdrawal requests within one (1) business day of approval.
• rr77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected. Processing may be delayed during such investigations without liability to rr77.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that the payment account details provided for withdrawals are correct. rr77 will not be liable for funds sent to an incorrect account number or mobile wallet as a result of inaccurate information provided by the player. rr77 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, and other incentives (collectively, "Bonuses") are subject to the following terms in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that must be satisfied in full before any funds derived from or associated with a Bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover requirement is specified in the promotion details at the time the Bonus is offered.
• Bonuses are valid for a fixed period as stated in the promotion. Any Bonus balance and associated wagering progress that has not been completed within the validity period will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• rr77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time. Where a Bonus has already been credited and wagering is in progress, rr77 will give reasonable notice before making any adverse change.

rr77 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, and deliberately exploiting an error in a bonus structure. Where bonus abuse is identified, rr77 reserves the right to void all associated bets, cancel all Bonus balances, and close the account.

All bets placed on rr77 are subject to the following general rules. In addition, specific rules apply to individual sports, markets, and casino game categories and are published in the relevant section of the rr77 platform. In the event of any conflict between a general rule and a specific rule, the specific rule prevails.

• All bets are final once confirmed. rr77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where rr77 itself identifies and corrects a manifest error.
• rr77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical error, data feed malfunction, or human error, regardless of whether the bet was accepted and the event has already concluded.
• Winnings from sports bets are calculated based on the final official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules published on rr77.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer studios operating to international standards. rr77 does not intervene in or manipulate game outcomes. Disputes regarding casino game results must be submitted to [email protected] within 72 hours of the disputed round.

rr77 operates a maximum payout policy per event and per player per day. Maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant betting market or game interface. Winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout for a single event will be capped at the maximum payout limit. This policy exists to protect the long-term sustainability of the platform for all players.

• Exploiting a technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake to obtain a financial advantage that would not be available under normal platform operation. Any winnings obtained as a result of such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting where the player has access to non-public information that materially affects the outcome of an event on which a bet is placed.

rr77 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in the investigation of any suspected illegal activity conducted through or in connection with the rr77 platform. All content available on the rr77 platform, including but not limited to the rr77 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, images, video content, game interfaces, and the selection and arrangement of all content (collectively, the "rr77 Content"), is the exclusive property of rr77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rr77 Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use of the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit in any commercial manner any rr77 Content without the prior written consent of rr77. Unauthorised use of rr77 Content may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rr77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service, including interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party payment processor outages, or events beyond rr77's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from the actions of third parties, including payment service providers, game content providers, data feed suppliers, or other technology partners, where rr77 has exercised reasonable care in selecting and monitoring those third parties.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit rr77's liability for death or personal injury caused by rr77's gross negligence, fraud, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. In all other cases, rr77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rr77 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rr77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where rr77 determines, in its sole discretion, that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, the one-account rule, or the prohibited activities listed in Section 7.
• rr77 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used for fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other unlawful purpose.
• The account holder has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point during the account relationship.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion, or rr77 has identified that the account holder shows signs of problem gambling that warrant a protective account restriction in accordance with rr77's responsible gaming policy.

Upon permanent closure of an account, any real-money balance (excluding Bonus funds and wagering credits) remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the account holder via the payment method on file, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification and provided no fraud investigation is pending. rr77 will notify the account holder of the closure and the method of balance return within a reasonable time.

Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
